Yoga 1 + All Levels Flow Classes

Yoga 1 is our all levels slow flow class. Postures range from gentle to slightly challenging with adaptations and accommodations available for diverse bodies. Each teacher approaches this class a little differently, with some incorporating energetic flows and others leaning into longer held postures.

What you need: A mat, towel, and any other props you like to use.

Yoga 2

Yoga 2 builds on the postures learned in Yoga .5 and Yoga 1. This class offers more of a heat building flow style, with emphasis on building strength and endurance for more athletic postures.

What you need: A mat, towel, and water.

Yoga 3

Yoga 3 combines all the elements of yoga 2 (vinyasa flow, structured breath, challenging postures, and self study) adding an extra element of advancement by exploring more challenging sequences and inverted balance poses (handstands, forearm stands, and arm balances).

What you need: A mat, towel, and water.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is a system of yoga that follows the same structure every time. It is a series of athletic postures, energetic breath, and ritualistic chanting that is profoundly effective for building strength, flexibility, endurance, and stamina.

What you need: A mat, towel, and water.

Aerial Yoga (Available in Jacksonville)*

Aerial Yoga utilizes suspended silk hammocks as props for yoga postures. The silks provide support that improves flexibility, range of motion, body awareness, and provides traction to the body. Oh, and it’s REALLY FUN to FLY!

What you need: A mat, towel, and water.

Rise and Shine

Think of this class as a replacement (or addition) to your morning caffeine! Rise and Shine is an all-levels energizing flow class that incorporates mobility practices, flexibility practices, creative movement, stimulating breathwork, and fun sequences. We promise you’ll leave feeling invigorated and ready to take on the day!

What you need: A mat, towel, and water.

Yoga .5

Our perfect beginner class. Yoga .5 is a slowed down version of Yoga 1 with a focus on breath, self acceptance and love, and longer held postures. This practice is grounding to the body and uplifting to the mind and soul.

What you need: A mat, towel, and any other props you like to use.

Yoga Rest

Yoga Rest is our restorative yoga class. Bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps and eye pillows offer comfort and support as you melt into deeply relaxing postures for several minutes at a time. Guided meditation, gentle breathwork, and physical adjustments make this class a calming respite.

What you need: A mat, bolster, blanket, and strap. Eye pillow optional. (We have props to borrow if you don’t have your own).

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a style that focuses on stretching your deep tissues - fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Poses are gentle and passive, but held for several minutes at a time with a focus on breath.

What you need: A mat, bolster, blanket, and strap. Eye pillow optional. (We have props to borrow if you don’t have your own).

Vin+Yin

Vin+Yin is a class that incorporates both yang and yin energies and movements into the same class. You’ll start the first half of class with an invigorating, active, dynamic vinyasa flow, and slow down the second half of class with contrasting slow-paced, long-held yin postures. This is a perfectly balanced practice that harmonizes active heat and a passive cool down.

What you need: A mat, towel, water, and props optional. (We have props to borrow if you don’t have your own).

The Mid-Week Check In

B.K.S. Iyengar, one of the fathers of modern yoga, said: "Your body exists in the past and your mind exist in the future. In yoga, they come together in the present."

We created this class so that once a week, even if you can only get to one class... you make the time to take an hour and check in with your mind, body, and spirit. To bring all the parts of you together into this one present moment.

Class itself is a restorative style, utilizing props, staying low to the ground, and breathing the nervous system into a deep state of rest and digest.

What you need: A mat, bolster, blanket, and strap. Eye pillow optional. (We have props to borrow if you don’t have your own).
