We believe that everyone deserves to feel at home in their own bodies, and at peace in their own minds.

Everything we do - from our core traditional yoga classes to dance classes, embodiment practices, energy work, somatic healing practices, and workshops - is intentionally and carefully created to bring you back home to yourself. All of our offerings are rooted in the 8 limbs of yoga.

Our instructors are dedicated to pointing students back to their own inner guidance. We honor this mission by creating a safe and supportive environment where everyone can feel comfortable exploring their practice, and move in a way that honors all aspects of themselves in the present moment.

Jax is a haven for reconnecting to our own inner wisdom, finding balance in our bodies and minds, and connecting with other souls on the path to peace through yoga, movement, mindfulness, and self discovery.
